Costing

During the project stages outlined above, we also organize cost estimates.
We do this prior to:

concept design presentations,
DA submission, and
the issue of a construction certificate.

Why?

Because we want your home to be built! Unfortunately, the biggest barrier to construction is unforeseen costs. Our approach allows for you to make educated decisions during the design process.

Sometimes that special feature that was added between concept design and DA submission pushes the budget over what is comfortable for you. This can make the project a source of anxiety or simple make it unfeasible.

It’s our goal to take the budget we receive from you, and meet your brief.
